Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Supervisor to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple sites. The role involves supervising Facility Supervisors, Facilities Coordinators, and site personnel while ensuring efficient facility operations, safety compliance, and high service delivery standards. The Senior Facility Supervisor will play a key role in planning, risk management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of facility management processes.

Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and supervision to Facility Supervisors, Facilities Coordinators, and site personnel.Oversee day-to-day facility operations across assigned sites, ensuring optimal performance and service delivery.Develop, implement, and monitor facility management strategies, policies, and procedures.Identify, assess, and manage workplace safety risks, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.Allocate resources effectively, set performance targets, and evaluate team productivity and outcomes.Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective services.Lead project execution from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Prepare and submit detailed operational, maintenance, safety, and project reports to management.Handle escalations, resolve complex operational issues, and provide expert guidance to site teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable institution.Minimum of 8 years relevant industry experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or senior supervisory role.Proven experience managing residential apartment facilities Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance planning, safety management, and compliance standards.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with high accuracy in calculations.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple sites, priorities, and teams effectively.Proficiency in report writing and operational documentation.
