SEGUN ADEKOYA

A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with 24 years of experience, Segun leads ATIS Group’s response to market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging development opportunities. He consistently evaluates facilities management strategies to ensure each asset is managed with the optimal balance of cost efficiency and value retention. Segun also defines the value propositions that distinguish ATIS Group’s services from those of our competitors. As Founder and Managing Director of ATIS Group, he drives the growth of both our in-house human capital and our external network of supply partners. His holistic approach—combining the right mix of skilled personnel with targeted processes—underpins our ability to efficiently manage a wide portfolio of client facilities and has sustained our strong track record of delivering quality services.
