Facilities Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are looking to employ a Facilities Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specified site, ensuring a positive and safe environment for staff, customers, and visitors.This role manages the staff and activities at the site, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the progress of all site activities.Review daily site work and suggest any improvement measures.Ensure project completion as per the set timeline.Translate blueprints into plans.Coordinate and supervise all workers.Provide schedules for workers.Liaise with contractors, managers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties remain coordinated.Maintain safety and quality standards.Organize the equipment and manpower necessary to complete the project.Ensure all equipment are in working order and good condition.Write up reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders.Perform any other duties as assigned by the Facilities Supervisor.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management / Estate Management or a related field from a reputable institution.Minimum of 5 years of industry knowledge is strongly desired.
Requirements:
Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints.Proficient in MS Office.Good reporting skills.Budget and scheduling management experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
